McKenney’s was honored to partner once again this past year with the Empty Stocking Fund (ESF), a local non-profit bringing holiday cheer to metro Atlanta’s children in need since 1927 through their Sponsor-A-Child Campaign.
Embodying the true spirit of compassion and generosity, the Empty Stocking Fund (ESF) stands as a beacon of hope during the holiday season. This charitable organization operates on the principle of collective goodwill, gathering donations and rallying volunteers to extend a helping hand to families and individuals navigating hardship. Their mission is simple yet profound: to deliver not just gifts, but also essentials like food and crucial items, spreading joy to those facing financial challenges.
On Friday, December 15th, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, several McKenney’s employees volunteered their time at the ESF warehouse. Their collective efforts played a crucial role in delivering gifts, toys, and cherished moments to the children across metro Atlanta. Their commitment embodied the very essence of the holiday spirit.
