Moving Safety Forward was chosen specifically to describe our journey toward a zero-incident culture. Our mission is to build a partnership with our employees, customers and business associates that empowers them all with the ability to do their jobs safely.
Our culture focuses on three main factors that present dynamic hazards:
- People – Keeping our people safe is at the heart of our safety culture. Proper training and leadership are key to achieving that goal.
- Materials – Performing work safely and at the highest level of quality requires the right tools and equipment in working order.
- Environment – To avoid hazards, we help manage the physical environment around our employees in the field through technology and training.
