McKenney’s was hired as the design-assist mechanical and plumbing contractor to partner with Whiting-Turner Construction Company on a 14-floor office restack for the corporate offices of an American multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related services and products. 

The 14-floor office restack included common areas, office workspaces, a stand-alone kitchen and an innovation center. The McKenney’s team worked with the project architect and engineer to transition design documents (DDs) to construction documents (CDs) in order to meet the project’s aggressive construction schedule.
