Fort Benning is the United States Army post near Columbus, Georgia that supports more than 120,000 active-duty military service men and women, their family members, reserve component soldiers, retirees and civilian employees daily. 

 McKenney’s was tasked with renovating a 15,000-square-foot duplex style two-story office building on base. As part of the HVAC and plumbing renovations, the McKenney’s team replaced two closed circuit cooling towers, sixteen water source heat pumps, two boilers, six pumps, eleven exhaust fans and added new restrooms on the second floor.
