McKenney’s worked with JE Dunn Construction to build 712 West Peachtree, a 310,000 square foot, design-build, 22-story state-of-the-art office building. Featuring over 8,000 square feet of retail space in Atlanta’s Technology Square, this building shares a city block with Anthem Technology Center, an integrated lobby space, an 8th-floor exterior terrace, and a parking structure, as well as features sustainable certifications that include LEED BD+C v4: Core and Shell Silver.​​

The McKenney’s field and project management team carefully coordinated across these different areas of the building to complete the successful commissioning and turnover of HVAC and plumbing systems to the building owners.
