McKenney’s partnered with JE Dunn Construction to expand Westminster School’s Love Hall with a 30,000-square-foot addition, introducing an auditorium and new lab spaces. Designed to support the growth of the Lower School Community, the new facilities provide spaces that meet evolving needs in innovation, art, and music. This project includes a significant upgrade to the mechanical room, which required temporary conditioning while replacing key HVAC equipment. The upgrades involved installing two rooftop units, nineteen water source heat pumps, ductless split systems, a boiler, a cooling tower, condenser water pumps, and a heat exchanger.

McKenney’s also provided comprehensive plumbing installations, ensuring optimal environmental control and efficiency across all spaces in the new addition.
