McKenney’s partnered with JE Dunn Construction for the expansion of a mixed-use development in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood known for its retail shops, restaurants, offices, and residences.
The new expansion enhances the current development by offering a 420-room high-rise hotel, 110,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of retail space, and approximately 120,000 square feet of underground parking. Since the mixed-used development’s opening, the current development has been a vibrant hub in Atlanta and this new expansion is designed to support increased usage and future growth with versatile spaces that cater to the community’s evolving needs.
