McKenney’s partnered with Humphries and Company to deliver a 160,000-square-foot, first-generation buildout at newly updated Campus 244, designed as Insight Global’s training headquarters. The project includes over 90% of the floorplan with exposed ceilings, featuring double-wall spiral and flat oval ductwork throughout. This marks a significant milestone for McKenney’s in-house fabrication capabilities of double-wall flat oval ductwork. The exposed ductwork quality was a key focus, ensuring a clean and consistent finish. McKenney’s scope includes a new ductwork with all associated HVAC equipment and air distribution, a full grease waste system, and piping for multiple kitchens.

The facility will support training operations with restrooms, breakrooms, and small kitchens. Spanning a 7-month timeline, McKenney’s is performing both HVAC and plumbing installations to meet the unique needs of the new training headquarters.
