Schedule Control

Our project managers and trade foremen recognize the importance of maintaining schedules to meet our customers’ needs.  By following McKenney’s comprehensive Schedule Control process, they have the tools to effectively communicate and coordinate activities with the other trades, schedule shop fabrication work, and optimize the size of field labor crews.

Cost Control

McKenney’s customized, sophisticated accounting and reporting system allows us to assign individual cost codes to all elements of the work.  The combination of detailed coding and real-time updates allows us to monitor actual costs against estimated costs, providing an early warning system to prevent or correct cost overruns.

Self-Performed Trade Work

At McKenney’s, we assume full responsibility for your project by competitively self-performing all trade work. This gives you a single point of contact for complete system coordination, as well as confidence in knowing that all work will be performed to the highest standards.

Our self-performed work areas include:

Logistics & Material Handling
