Description:
Facilitate the transfer of materials, equipment, and information to our projects as a member of a project management team

Experience Required:
• Ability to effectively communicate with field foremen, construction superintendents, project managers, owners, engineers, inspection authorities • Ability to work with a team of multiple Project Managers • Must be a self-starter, with ability to work well as part of a team and independently • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals • Ability to maintain painstaking attention to detail while completing multiple or repetitive tasks • Able to demonstrate a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines • Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance • Must possess and maintain an exceptional work ethic, uphold company values, and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others • Must project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust • Ability to multi task • Must have a high sense of urgency • Basic computer skills, including experience in Windows environments with working knowledge of e-mail and web-enabled applications PREFERRED • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent • Co-op or intern industry experience • Construction experience
