Description:
The Sr. Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager in the overall production and delivery of marketing services and materials to the company. This will include proposals, RFIs, and SOQs, as well as corporate communications, marketing collateral and website content.

Experience Required:
• 2-5 years proposal writing and coordination experience • Undergraduate degree in journalism, marketing or related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with current Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and with Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, PageMaker, PhotoShop). • Comfort level with database software (CRM) and technology in general • Strong organizational skills • Self-starter with ability to work independently/with little supervision and as part of a team • Positive attitude • Must be organized, detailed, and able to multi- task in a fast changing environment. • Works well with all types of people under deadline situation • Assumes complete responsibility for assigned tasks when given appropriate direction. Is resourceful and able to contribute both in concept and in implementation to marketing program effectiveness.
