Description:
Designer shall work in a team environment to develop plumbing shop drawings fully coordinated with the architectural & structural elements of the building and the other building trades (sprinkler, sheet metal, piping, etc.).

Experience Required:
REQUIRED • Working Knowledge of AutoCAD 2000 or higher. • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural construction documents. • 1-3 years experience in drafting or drafting certificate • Ability to interact in a team environment. • Must have a professional appearance. • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals • Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance. • Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others. • Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software • Must be a self-starter, with ability to work well as part of a team and independently • High school diploma or GED PREFERRED • Experience with plumbing drafting or plumbing installation. • Strong working knowledge of plumbing codes and design basics. • 2-year Associates Degree in CAD. • Ability to visualize three dimensional layouts from two dimensional drawings
