The Georgia Archives

McKenney’s provided a complete controls solution for the Archives’ new 172,000-square-foot facility, including system design, installation, and training. The sensitive artifacts housed within the building (some dating back to Pre-Colonial Georgia) necessitated stringent temperature, humidity, outside air conditioning, and pressure requirements, which McKenney’s established and maintained for the vaults containing these priceless documents. In addition, the ACS team gave facility managers the ability to monitor their environment in real time and make immediate adjustments to preserve the value and integrity of their artifacts for years to come.
