Terminus 100, part of the new Cousins Properties development, is located at 3280 Peachtree Street in the heart of Buckhead. The structure is a 27-story, 582,000-square-foot office building with boutique retail, a health spa, and fine dining. McKenney’s Tenant Mechanical Department was responsible for outfitting nearly every tenant space, including four floors for CB Richard Ellis and space for Wachovia, Riverside Advisors, and the building’s fitness center.
