Totaling more than 564,000 square feet of Class A office, retail, and restaurant space, Terminus 200 contains 25 stories and six levels of underground parking in a prime Buckhead location. Each level of the building is controlled by its own condenser water system. McKenney’s completed the HVAC, plumbing, and controls for the building. The project is LEED Gold certified.
