Brabson Place is a 57,000-square-foot, Class A commercial office and retail building in downtown Chattanooga. Uniquely, the building also includes a 5,600-square-foot penthouse residence with a view of the Tennessee River. To complete this challenging multi-use project, Chattanooga Construction and Design/Build Services Department worked with McKenney’s Engineering Solutions to design and install separate HVAC, controls and plumbing systems for the offices and residence.
