McKenney’s ACS team provided a complete controls solution for the facility’s expansion, giving residents control over their individual environments while allowing facility managers to maintain temperature and humidity levels in common areas.  The solution included electronic thermostats for 93 independent living units and a complete DDC system. 

McKenney’s systems integration expertise was also key in tying existing controls to the new system using a Honeywell WEBs interface, allowing managers access via the Internet for easy monitoring and quick response to environmental changes.
